Yes, all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact the office 2 - 8 days prior.

Does the Bounce House or Water Slide rental time include set-up?

No. Choose your rental time for your event. We arrive early to set up the inflatables so that you get your full time to enjoy the Bounce House or Water Slide.

When will the inflatable be delivered?

Generally, our delivery window is 1 -3 hours prior to the start of your event. You will receive a text or call to set up and confirm your delivery time to ensure someone will be present at the time of the delivery.
